Our stay was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and speak really good english. The location couldn't be better. But the best part were the gardens and the pool! There is so much green that we felt humidity in the air for the first time in Egypt, the pool is amazing. The breakfast was beyond what we expected.

They even have lunch boxes that you can order in room- was great when we were traveling full day to Abu Simbel. All staff very kind and professional!

It's conveniently located by the public ferry terminal on the West bank of the Nile. The room was spacious, clean and had three more beds than we required. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control and was heavenly after a sweaty day hiking through the valleys. The view from the rooftop was beautiful! Hassan was helpful and had a sense of humor that was a rare treat in Luxor. It's not a fancy building or anything, but AC and wifi worked fine, so all up it was great value for us. Very conveniently located next to the local ferry. Also the neighborhood is a little more chilled out, with a local street food vibe in the evening.

However the hotel is located 40-45 min drive from airport. The host arranged pick up for us from the airport so it was comfortable. It is calm at night, no traffic noise, the kind we experienced in Cairo. The host: Jabalwy is a very warm, welcoming, kind, and humble person. He made our stay very comfortable. He organized private cars for us for 2 days to travel in Luxor and also for 2 days to travel to Aswan and Abu Simbel. He cooks delicious food. He is always there if you want something. He also organized an air balloon trip for us, which is worth experiencing. The room and the guests: we are 2 indian friends from Germany. We initially booked hotel for 2 nights but we wish we would have stayed longer here. Our room had 1 room with 2 single bad and attached bathroom. Considering the price range, we were quite contented.
