Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Sehr schöne Anlage, viele Tiere, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, toller Pool, tolle Lage (Blick auf den Vulkan) nichts auszusetzen.

Das Hotel Lomas del Volcan erwartet Sie 14 km vom Nationalpark Arenal Volcano entfernt mit üppigen Gärten, einem Außenpool und einem Whirlpool. the location, the views, the cabin are very confortable, service perfect and food at restaurant was excellent.

Dieses Hotel bietet einen großen Garten, eine Sonnenterrasse mit Swimmingpool, Wellnessanwendungen und kostenfreies WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. The hotel was a "horizontal" complex in that all rooms were at ground level with just two rooms per building and the buildings are scattered throughout the property. As the rooms were on ground floor the view was limited, I guess because of privacy concerns by just stepping out the the door the the Arenal volcano is right in front of you, an amazing view! The breakfast was a well stocked buffet and the a la carte restaurant was also very good. For a less formal atmosphere we tried the excellent Sushi bar at the pool that is open til 10pm. (There is also a pizza place but we didn't try them). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tours are available at the hotel and we took one to the volcano and another to jungle tour with suspension bridges. Both were good but we preferred the jungle tour. The thermal water hot pool was a great place to relax after hiking and sightseeing. If you have a car and feel a little adventurous the "Rio Celeste" in the Tenorio Volcano National Park is worth the trip. Its about 90mins from the hotel but be aware that the walking trail in the park is about 5 to 6 Km to take in all the viewing points and places can be uneven. To get to the waterfall there are perhaps 200 steps down (and then back up again!)

Die Unterkunft Bungalows Las Iguanas Arenal Volcano, die in Fortuna, 15 km von Wasserfall La Fortuna entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, kostenlosen... Wir wurden bei Jose und seiner Mutter Amalia sehr herzlich empfangen. Sehr schönes Apartment mit Pool und Whirlpool. Sehr feines Frühstück mit leckeren Früchten. Die Lange ist Perfekt, da man nicht mittendrin ist. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in La Fortuna.

Die Unterkunft Sangregado Lodge, die in Fortuna, 22 km von Wasserfall La Fortuna entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, kostenlosen Privatparkplätzen, einer... Our stay at Sangregado Lodge was exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The view: phenomenal. We loved the location as well, as we felt removed from much of the tourism, in our own little private sanctuary.

Die Unterkunft Amor Arenal Adults Friendly, die in Fortuna gelegen ist und von der aus Wasserfall La Fortuna in weniger als 10 km erreichbar ist, bietet einen Conciergeservice, Nichtraucher Zimmer,... It's one of the best hotels I've ever been in. Located in the middle of the jungle, spectacular rooms and the stuff were so helpful and nice. I hope to come back soon to this place!

Die Finca Luna Nueva Lodge erwartet Sie mit einem Außenpool und einem Wellnesscenter in Fortuna in der Region Alajuela, 26 km von Monteverde entfernt. We stayed at Finca Nueva for 2 days. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! ROOM: Apparently we booked the best room (the Dome) that I highly recommend. It wasn’t more expensive than other rooms. It’s basically a huge bungalow with its own secluded garden. The room was huge and the interior was very unique. Very clean and cozy. There was a little kitchenette outside the bungalow with a tea pot/coffee maker/fridge with complimentary home brewed kombucha and homemade herbal tea. PROPERTY: this was what amazed as the most. This eco-friendly hotel is located on a few acres of rainforest. Their property included: a farm and a garden where they grow veggies, herbs, fruits, cocoa beans, tea, coffee, ginger, vanilla beans and DOZENS of other species if plants and beautiful flowers, a bamboo tower, a pool and a few MILES of trails through the rainforest that are perfectly maintained. They also offer tours like chocolate, coffee, animals/birds-watching tour that are highly rated but unfortunately they were fully booked so we couldn’t go. Also, they had an amazing yoga pavilion right next to our bungalow that we used a lot. During our stay we saw a sloth, agouties, toucans, parrots on the property. FOOD: Farm to table. They don’t have a set menu. Every day they decide what seasonal food they’ll serve based on what’s growing on their farm. They also prioritize buying from local farmers. Literally everything is homegrown, homemade and tastes delicious: bread, milk, kefir, butter, tea, chocolate… During our stay both breakfast and dinner were buffet style. Most delicious and healthy meals we’ve had in Costa Rica!

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Tifakara Boutique Hotel is located just outside Arenal Volcano National Park in Fortuna where you can enjoy stunning volcanic views. Perfect location just outside of La Fortuna - beautiful environment with private and quiet units surrounded by exquisitely manicured jungle gardens abundant with birds, monkeys and squirrels. Efficient and helpful reception, super friendly staff. The living unit was beautiful with all amenities and comforts as expected - outdoor shower a great surprise. Reception, restaurant and outdoor pool areas designed to be one with nature - perfect view of the volcano included. The breakfast menu is a highlight , take your time while observing the local great curassows enjoying their breakfast as well! Fortuna waterfall within walking distance, on the way back stop for a coffee at the local dog rescue centre. Regarding other off-site activities we went zip-lining, Arenal nature reserve walk, evening with meal at a hot spring facility, and a barber shop visit in Fortuna - according to my son, one of the best cuts he ever had!
