I have had the pleasure of staying at this spectacular hotel on two occasions: with my husband in May 2023 and as a solo traveller in October 2022 (I just knew I had to go back with him). On both occasions, it was an extraordinary experience and exceeded my expectations (even after knowing what to expect from having experienced it before). This eco-friendly oasis nestled in the heart of Colombia's coffee region is arguably the best in Colombia and is one of my all-time favourites. I am especially fascinated by the hotel's unique concept and commitment to sustainability. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning architecture seamlessly blending with its surroundings. My room was a haven of comfort and elegance. The natural materials used in the furnishings and décor added a touch of luxury while maintaining an authentic connection to the environment. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views of the surroundingS and we enjoyed having our own jacuzzi and private pool in the Grand Master Suite. We took full advantage of this and enjoyed a floating breakfast one morning. We loved exploring the hotel's extensive grounds and bird-watching. BioHabitat Hotel truly embraces its commitment to sustainability. The property features eco-trails, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature while learning about the flora and fauna. The hotel offers a range of wellness activities including yoga sessions. The hydro facilities at the brand new spa is also a sight to behold. There is also a tennis court on site and equipment provided. The dining experience at Basto RestoBar was a gastronomic delight. The Black Ravioli, Risotto and Deconstructed Chicken Stew were particularly delicious. Overall, my stay was unforgettable. The hotel seamlessly combines luxury, sustainability, and an immersive connection with nature. This hotel is a perfect choice. I can't wait to return.

Terrazas de Salento is set in Salento, 15 km from Armenia and 24 km from Pereira. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. A gorgeous bnb located on a hill overlooking Salento town. It is just a few yards walking to restaurants. Calle Real is a few minutes walk. Salento is a beautiful but very small town. The hotel is a colonial old style building with much dark wood finishing but is very stylish. Our room was upstairs on the corner of the building with superb views over the town and to the mountains. Two balconies and large windows so very light. Comfy bed, good shower, excellent breakfast. The young chap Leider who was there during the day is very friendly and helpful. He speaks excellent English too. There are excellent hikes in the area, and the downhill cycle with Eduardo of Cycle Salento was great fun. Walk to the mirador at the top of the hill when you leave the hotel early morning for great views of the Quindío valley. Good birds to be seen too.

Quo Quality Hotel features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Manizales. The room was great, we had a small kitchen. Our room was in the corner of the building and we had 2 big windows on both sides and we had a great view of Manizales. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. We had interior parking included Breakfast was included and delicious. We also received complimentary drinks for dinner. We reserve the jacuzzi and sauna 2 times, one at night and one in the morning after breakfast. It's very relaxing and you have a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the steam room was not working but overall a great experience. The hotel is located in front of a shopping mall and a grocery store if you need to buy or pick up last-minute things. It was very useful for us.

Located in Manizales, Caldas region, Hotel Adel is set 50 km from Viaduct between Pereira and Dosquebradas. We didn't really know what to expect coming to manizales, we didn't have super high Expectacions. But once we arrived at hotel adel, they Took really good care of us, the room is very clean and confortable. Also- the hotel is right across the street from the bus terminal so that's very convenient. Another thing- theres a teleférico from the terminal to go up to the center of town which is what we did. Had some food, walked around and then back down the teleférico. Convenient and cheap.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ecohotel Alma We can look back on a fantastic time in the beautiful “Alma Resort” with its beautifully landscaped garden and a wonderful family who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay a wonderful experience. -Very friendly and attentive staff -we had a spacious 2-bed room with a fan (there are different rooms) -The beds are very comfortable - we slept so well -We really liked the bathroom w/outdoor shower -the location is very quiet (despite the nearby street) -very good breakfast, great coffee, everything fresh (partly. from own garden or surrounding area) -Simple menu for dinner – but very tasty (preferably fish in aluminum foil ;-) -located in a lovely, safe area in the countryside -There are also other restaurants nearby (take a taxi) -a very fair price-performance ratio -Wifi worked perfectly -We even managed to reach Alma by public bus and taxi for the last mile** **We are grateful that we found EcoHotel Alma. They also helped us to organise a visit at Finca Don Leo (organic coffee farm) and at nearby botanical garden with a Columbian's biggest palm collection and a papiliorama (butterfly house).
