The hotel was nice in General, techy vibes from lighting in the lift, hallways & rooms .. to room controls. The rooms where clean and the staff was really helpful, especially Chief concierge-Marlboro who helped me quite a bit on multiple occasions.

Unlike many others, Sheron stood out for her fluency in English. Her proficiency greatly facilitated communication and enhanced the overall guest experience. Adjacent to the hotel lies a bustling shopping mall, offering a plethora of dining options ranging from affordable eateries to upscale restaurants, catering to diverse palates. Additionally, the mall boasts convenient amenities such as a supermarket for everyday essentials, a barber shop for grooming needs, and an array of clothing stores for fashion enthusiasts to explore. Conveniently located in the city centre, Crowne Plaza Foshan is a walking distance to Guangfo Metro Station and close to the shopping hub. Ceramic Exhibition Centre is 13 minutes' drive away. Hotel was exceptional, service was great, provided with great room Catherine and Maggie were so helpful and friendly

I was traveling with a friend n both of us happy with every single thing of this hotel. The staff can speak english fluently. This hotel is beautiful and room is very convenience n clean. And the best thing, we went to Lechong town n due to it was already night n hard rain, hard to get taxi. I called Ms Eva of Swissotel Foshan and she was happily order the taxi for me at her account. You rock. Of course i will be back.

I was a solo traveler - Witt no mandarin skills BUT the Hotel staff are exceptional in helping ordering a taxi for me. Helping me with all my requests. The hotel itself is super clean, really convenient as it is next to tons of restaurants and a shopping mall. they also have a theme park and a water world with rides and activities for kids and adults. like boating etc. iq oils highly recommend this hotel as honestly I found the service top notch. Excellent staff at front desk - al ate smiling and they always give you a cup of tea when you are there asking them any questions or directions.
