Only 50 minutes away from National Park Torres del Paine, Hotel Estancia El Ovejero Patagónico offers accommodations in Cerro Castillo. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. When we arrived, the hotel from outside look like a warehouse, but inside, it looks as from designer magazine, just perfect. The hotel room was spacious, clean, all perfectly prepared for guests.

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.

By far the best location we could have wished for for our days at the Torres del Paine. The Cottage is just perfectly located in the middle of the nature and the host is always there if you need something. the cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a perfect stay.
