Otelde aile odaları vardır.... This was a room only booking. Breakfast is available in the hotel's restaurant for an extra charge. As I am familiar with the location, I knew there were a couple of cafes nearby, so declined the breakfast option. Guests do however qualify for a free coffee in the morning, but I didn't take advantage of this. The Hirschen has a very good restaurant, and although I didn't eat there this time, I know it from the past. The Gasthof Hirschen is a charming establishment in the middle of the small town of Hinwil. A short walk to the railway station, shops, cafes etc. My room was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. I had a very comfortable twin room to myself, with a good sized bathroom and efficient shower. Quite spartan in decor, but with TV, bottled water, and Swiss chocolates and biscuits provided. The whole establishment was spotlessly clean. The rooms are not serviced if the duration of stay is less than a certain time, and I was only staying four nights so did not qualify for room servicing. However, the housekeeping staff were around and about during the day and checked with me if there was anything I needed. I asked if there was any chance of more chocolate, she giggled and came back with a huge handful, which was sweet in every sense of the word. For Switzerland, I found the Gasthof Hirschen to be very good value for money, was ideally placed for the purpose of my visit, and I will definitely choose it again for future visits.
