Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. Staff was very nice. Lobby, room, bed, shower room, toilet, everywhere in this hotel is so clean. Also there is Spa, that was awesome.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Love everything! The check in, shuttle bus, saunas, the rooms, buffet breakfast, the staff, the scenery. Even better that they upgraded us to a Matterhorn view room, very grateful to wake up to a clear sky of the Matterhorn mountain in November.
