The Osteria Ritrovo dei Passeggeri is located at 800 metres above sea level, in the middle of nature with a marvelous view over the Lago Maggiore and the Ticinese Alps. The location was stunning, the place very friendly, owner-run, totally understated and cozy-beautiful. We managed to get a freshly cooked dinner at nearly 10pm when we arrived with three sleepy kids. The views from the hotel are amazing. The online photos don't do the place justice, it looks better than on the pictures.

We were pleasantly surprised how big the apartment was. Nicer than we though based on the pictures. The extra bed - pull out couch - was big and comfortable to sleep on. The hostess was very helpful! :) The location was near the train station and in very peaceful neighborhood.
