Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

Just writing another review because I ended up booking this hotel again. We originally were going to stay for 1 night here, but it ended up being 2 nights and it was great! Thank you to the helpful staff of this hotel! And thank you for giving us chocolates!

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the center of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. We love the location and view of the Matterhorn. We like that there is a free shuttle to and from the rail station, and everything it's easy to get to. We also like the pizza restaurant that's just a block away. Staff friendly and breakfast is great.

Our overall stay at Hotel Arca was amazing. The staff was very accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect as it was really close to the train station. We had a very spacious apartment. Views from the balconies were amazing! We also really loved the heated swimming pool available for guests.

The parking is very accessible, breakfast is great and despite the hotel being in the middle of the city center of Visp, it was remarkably quiet. The room was clean and spacious. It's a very good location to explore the canton of Valais.

Room is good size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are both great. Location is excellent. View is fantastic. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient.
The venue was fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely relaxing. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.
Nice and comfortable hotel with a great location (10 min walk from the train station), lovely touches everywhere, the place with a family business history and at the same time really modern. Really nice administrators can help you with everything and advise what things the best to do in different weather conditions. We also liked the breakfast. SPA is a great bonus. At the end of our stay hotel taxi drove us to the train station. Definitely recommend this place :)
All the staff from concierge to reception to restaurant to housekeeping are very polite, helpful and positive. Their dedicated attitude is focused on the perfect guest experience. The hotel has a wonderful spa, which is just what you need after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. Furthermore the ski room facilities are second to none with ventilated lockers for each room, and helpfully a ski shop is attached within the same building, so equipment rental can be charged to your room with one click. no need to leave the hotel to rent equipment or buy the latest gear. Located right in the village, so quite far from the ski lifts if walking in ski gear BUT the facilities, service & positive vibes outweigh this, and worth the daily taxi ride at 12 CHF each way to the ski lifts. However, being in the village means that you are right smack in the middle to shop in all the big brand watch & clothing stores, and have all the restaurants right on your door step. The lively part of town therefore is at your fingertips. The restaurants within the hotel are wonderful though, so you don’t necessarily have to venture out to dine. The rooms are perfectly clean, homely, well equipped and the suites are very spacious. Modern touch button showers and baths with rainfall showers, soft fluffy towels and also wonderfully heated when you come back after a day out in the snow. Comfy, homely with a Swiss touch of magic and the view of the Matterhorn or surrounding mountains. I keep returning every year, and truly highly recommend this wonderful hotel with all its fabulously helpful staff, which I cannot praise enough. I have stayed in all of Zermatt 5 star hotels, but the Mont Cervin Palace is the winner for me every time. Thank you to all the staff for making each stay more than memorable for all the right reasons.

Absolutely everything. My expectations were far exceeded. The facilities and staff service were perfect.
Location is excellent, walking distance from the train station. The room is good sized with excellent window views. Breakfast has typical offering of Swiss hotels. Swimming pool is also good sized with heated water.
Especially the thermal bath. My room I love it front of the mountain where in thermal section second floor.

We loved the breath taking mountain views from every window, the sunny après-ski outside terrace and meals in the restaurant. The spa treatments were also very relaxing. Spectacular area, lovely slopes and snow shoe tracks...a wonderful stay all round. We will be back.
