Just writing another review because I ended up booking this hotel again. We originally were going to stay for 1 night here, but it ended up being 2 nights and it was great! Thank you to the helpful staff of this hotel! And thank you for giving us chocolates!

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the center of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. a beautiful, small family hotel with soul. excellent, delicious food, although at first glance it seems that there are not too many choices (for dinner, the choice is between 2 main dishes, but whichever one you choose will leave you speechless 😊). excellent domestic wine and a large selection of coffee. everyone is very hospitable, and when you first step into the hotel, you are won over by the receptionist, who is extremely witty and nice. we spent a wonderful 5 days, enjoying skiing, excellent sleep, good food and ambience. thank you ❤️

Our overall stay at Hotel Arca was amazing. The staff was very accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect as it was really close to the train station. We had a very spacious apartment. Views from the balconies were amazing! We also really loved the heated swimming pool available for guests.

The parking is very accessible, breakfast is great and despite the hotel being in the middle of the city center of Visp, it was remarkably quiet. The room was clean and spacious. It's a very good location to explore the canton of Valais.
The renovations were amazing especially the rooms. I did not want to leave the room they were so comfortable and view of Matterhorn was so great.

Room is good size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are both great. Location is excellent. View is fantastic. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient.
The venue was fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely relaxing. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.
Nice and comfortable hotel with a great location (10 min walk from the train station), lovely touches everywhere, the place with a family business history and at the same time really modern. Really nice administrators can help you with everything and advise what things the best to do in different weather conditions. We also liked the breakfast. SPA is a great bonus. At the end of our stay hotel taxi drove us to the train station. Definitely recommend this place :)

Absolutely everything. My expectations were far exceeded. The facilities and staff service were perfect.
Location is excellent, walking distance from the train station. The room is good sized with excellent window views. Breakfast has typical offering of Swiss hotels. Swimming pool is also good sized with heated water.
Especially the thermal bath. My room I love it front of the mountain where in thermal section second floor.

We loved the breath taking mountain views from every window, the sunny après-ski outside terrace and meals in the restaurant. The spa treatments were also very relaxing. Spectacular area, lovely slopes and snow shoe tracks...a wonderful stay all round. We will be back.
