The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a large park. You will find a cheerful and familiar atmosphere combined with best Swiss hotel tradition. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had no difficulties communicating only in English. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet was served in a beautiful dining room with tall ceilings, with views of the mountains from the windows. Breakfast included a hot ‘English breakfast’ style selection, a cold ‘Swiss style’ cheese, meats and fruits section, a variety of breads and cereals and coffee machine/variety of teas. I was able to leave my luggage here during the day after checkout with no problems. The wifi was efficient.

The Hotel Alpina is a child- and family-friendly hotel with a big garden in Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland. Very good stay in kandersteg. Would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect . Parking was free .

We stayed here for 7 night. 40 mins away from interlaken city center via Spiez. Wondafull location has access to all major attractions. Specially if you are planing to leave zermatt after enjoying jungfraujoch area, frutigen is the best area to stay. Specially need to mention the staff, they was amazing. Very friendly and supportive.

The owners are very nice and set a positive tone immediately. The hotel is very nice, clean and very comfortable. Plus, the location is incredible! Beautiful place.

The Blümlisalp is a popular family-run hotel in a beautiful setting at the foothills of the Blümlisalp mountain in Kandersteg, right by the bus stop. The host are super caring and gentel. They are a very cute family and you can feel it in the whole hotel. It is in Kandersteg and near everything. Everything is clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay. If you go for hikings ask their picnic, is super completed!
