Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotels location was next to the main attraction and also in a walking distance from Vitosha Boulevard. Ador restaurant was amazing for dinner and the breakfast was very good with many options - freshly made food. We ordered room service which is available until 23:30! Amazing option for a weekend trip - also spa available. Very quiet street!!!!!

Very cosy hotel, in winter it feels like you're at a ski resort. :) The rooms are spacios, clean and it's very warm, as there's both central heating and an air-conditioner. The restaurant offers extremely delicious food. We loved it! The parking is huge and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. They offer baby cot for free, which is perfect for families with small children.
