Really good value for money, it was super clean, beds were comfortable, good location, close enough to hikes and restaurants (300-500metre walk). "Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. This hotel is a way better than 5-start hotel in the same location! It is cleaner, cozy, all is renovated clean and neat, the pool and the spa area are superb and the variety if half board choices at the breakfasts and dinners was very good. Even my child who is a food picker was truly enjoying.

Renoverte Lion Hotel Borovets ligger på et av de mer fredelige stedene ved Rila-fjellene i Borovets, og byr på et innendørsbasseng og gratis transport til heisene. We absolutely loved our experience at Lion Hotel. Because the hotel was basically empty when we arrived, Thursday, the lady at reception even asked us at what floor we would like to stay. Breakfast was awesome but we also ate at the restaurant twice. We really liked the size of the room. The hotel is situated a bit far from the town center (20 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car) and this was perfect for us as we wanted to rest. It's also sorrounded by a beautiful forest thus the location it's great in the hot summer days.
