There is actually nothing to not like about the hotel. Most importantly, the staff was so friendly and helpful; at the reception, during the breakfast, at the cafe, house keeping, and so on. It made a big difference. Facilities are top notch, clean, and work well - including wifi. The room was very nice with a nice spacious bathroom. I was on the top floor, and there was a short flight of stairs (4 steps) to get to the sleeping part (this might not be for people who have difficulty walking stairs). Excellent breakfast with a very wide variety of choices. Location is great, very near to the city centre. As Ghent is a very walkable city, it is really easy to get everywhere walking. During my stay it was raining a lot, and the hotel had umbrellas at disposal, which was a very nice touch.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was beyond anything I had imagined. It was spacious, clean, the bathtub was huge, the bathroom products smelled heavenly. The artwork was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to the city center and the July summer festival. The aircon was perfect and easy to customise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Lena, Doreen, Danté, Orlande and the entire team. Bravo! 10 out of 10 in every category.
