They contacted me before my stay with information on how to check in and were attentive to any questions I had during my stay. They helped us booking activities. Basically, communication was via app messages, which made us feel that they cared about our privacy. Recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were excellent.

The Boathouse Luxury Apartments is a recently renovated apartment in Tea Gardens where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and barbecue facilities. Location, Location, Location! The views of the Myall River were amazing! The apartment was beautifully furnished & very clean & comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The solar heated outdoor pool is a perfect temperature for all year round swimming. The sauna & gym are excellent too. An easy walk along the picturesque waterfront to local shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, club & Nelson Bay Ferry. The most luxurious accommodation in Tea Gardens for total rest & relaxation. Drew & Kerrie are very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable hosts.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Riverside while exploring the Port Stephens area. Lisa was very friendly and informative about where to go and what to see. There's a small shop opposite the hotel and the room has a fridge, microwave and kettle so we had all we needed for breakfast which we ate in the sunshine at the table and chairs on the small patio outside our room. The water pressure was great and the bed was very comfortable. I really recommend a stay here.
One Mile
Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary is a unique accommodation. We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom suite and it was impeccable. It was the most relaxing stay of our two-month trip to Australia and New Zealand. Spacious, comfortable, clean, it was a good value for the money. Free breakfast was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a tour of the sanctuary.
The Hotel is very central to shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches and walks. It is excellent value for money especially having it's own pool and entertaining area. The Little Nell cafe is excellent with the food and coffee being the best in Port Stephens.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, lovely and peaceful with a beautiful view of Port Stephens. It’s just a short walk to the bay and marina nearby.

Convenient location. Can walk next to the river and boats at night time as it is walking distance. Also there are number of restaurants walking distance. And the breakfast cafe near the river opens at 6AM which has lot of options.
Thank you for a wonderful time at Thou Walla, my son, husband and I loved being in amongst the wildlife, Kevin the wild koala slept in the eucalyptus tree above our safari tent on our first night! There is so much to explore, the safari tent was spacious and bed comfortable, it felt cosy and clean.
The beach was so close places where you can ride your bikes the Cafe for quick snacks very clean comfy seating inside and out the great fishing great wildlife beautiful walks lovely surroundings the park was perfect

Care about your needs, excellent staff at reception
The resort, in particular the unit we stayed in had everything we possibly needed. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. It is a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen in the unit is fully equipped and even included a dishwasher. Great BBQ area and big bathroom.
