Perfectly located on a quiet street across from the beach and five minute walk from the core restaurants. Comfortable and quiet, great beds and pillows and we had a top floor room so no noise above us from chairs scraping on tile. Excellent breakfast included.

In summary everything went well - it was a wonderful experience overall! Firstly the vibe of the place - this is not your standard cookie cutter resort in PD. This has a very unique style with massive murals, funky coloured furniture, and all the comforts. Uniquely, in the pool area there's the facilities of a standard kitchen providing guests the option to prepare their meals (Coles is just a short walk) and relax in a shaded dining area poolside. The pool area had a calming waterfall and it was great to hang out and experience peace and tranquility. As a solo traveller it was great to meet other guests of all nationalities and enjoy each other's company. Staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging my return transportation to Cairns at very short notice - Ruth you're a superstar! The ownership has transformed a standard '60's vintage Motel into a truly unique property - hats off to them!

Staff gentilissimo! Collegata bene a port Douglas grazie a dei transfer. Staff gentilissimo. Piscina pulita e appartamento dotato confortevole.
Annie at the front desk is a legend!! She was super helpful during booking and gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon. The rooms are HUGE, the kitchen has everything you could need/want, Samsung TV was clear and had all smart TV streaming service etc. The tennis court and pools were really nice although the pools are small so do get quite busy. Mattress was hard and comfy, bathrooms were massive, the rooms were SUPER clean even during low staffed times. Honestly can't fault this place and will 100% be back.
Everything. It's so understated and beautiful. No review adequately expressed how relaxing beautiful and comfortable the reserve is. Rainforest walks, beach walks , swimming pools, restaurant, bar staff, special shout out to Jay! This is a place to return to.
Anne was very helpful, extremely attentive and friendly. She had fantastic knowledge and recommendations of port Douglas and the surrounding areas. The room itself was perfect just what we wanted and needed. The pool area is beautiful with a abundance of interesting plants and insects.

Spacious, fully equipped, proper luxury apartment with all mod cons. We greatly enjoyed the BBQ, along with the kitchen facilities and the full-size fridge freezer with ice/water dispenser. The location is central but quiet, with a pleasant evening aspect from the balcony, of the land rather than the sea. The local 'strip' is but a short walk away, if that's more your thing.
We had an awesome stay. Fully refreshed after 2 two weeks of traveling with our mini campervan. Nice welcome from staff
The location was ideal, just a few of blocks from town for shopping/dinner, less than two blocks from the gorgeous Four Mile Beach, and a little more than that from the marina for our reef cruise. The apartment was spotless, spacious, kitchen well stocked for our needs. Pool was lovely. We were three adults, but I think this would be ideal for a family with young children.

Accommodation and property are gorgeous, villas are huge and gardens are immaculate and filled with birds and butterflies. The day spa is also excellent with a good selection of treatments and tranquil rooms. The massage beds are the most comfortable I've ever had a treatment on!
Io postò è fantastico , non riesco a capire come si possa dare una giudizio negativo . Si trova all interno di un residence meraviglioso, con campo da golf e piscine . Lo studio era confortevole, ottimamente arredato , con tutto il necessario . Siamo stati solo una notte purtroppo quindi non abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno tutti i servizi. Assolutamente consigliato.
The facilities were good. The unit was Ok. Could be improved with some simple things like a bigger TV and either recliners or a recliner lounge.
