il motel avia ha piu' che soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. le camere sono confortevoli e silenziose. il locale servizi e' comodo. le colazioni sono buone. il personale e' sempre gentile. la location va bene per chi ha a disposizione una vettura ed in tal caso la distanza dalla citta' non e' molto ragguardevole. perfetto punto di partenza per la visita alla zona della bassa austria. il parcheggio in loco e' disponibile ancorche' non recintato

Everything was excellent and we enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot! Hotel itself is very nice, rooms as well, very clean and spacious with a great view to vineyards. We loved that fact that we could freely go to the spa area anytime we wanted to. Food and wine in hotel restaurant is great as well. Breakfast was fantastic! I really hope to be back!

Outstanding location in Wachau valley overlooking the Danube River. Wellness center had fabulous views of the River from saunas, lounge area and pool. Breakfast was excellent.

We just had an amazing weekend experience in Malat hotel - amazing hosts and Malat family truly made us feel like home. Highlight of the stay was cosy experience in "central room" where you can enjoy glass of wine, listen to music and just chill. Having a record player is a nice touch (Miles Davis albums and other classics)... There is so much to do/see in the region: from Gottweig abbey, exploring Krems, Melk, Wachau and much more. Hosts of the hotel were super informative and helpful with travel tips, restaurant recommendation. Would definitely recommend Malat wine tour to learn about the winery, region and more. We will come back for sure!

The hotel proprietor was friendly, willing to help anytime. It is creating the homely atmosphere. The hotel has its own small restaurant, the dinner was tasty. Just 15 min drive to Hochkar ski resort.
