Room was much bigger than we expected, exceptionally clean, hotel perfectly located - on the main street, few minutes from sops and restaurants. Owner is very pleasant, she gave us many useful tips. Breakfast was carefully selected, tasty and plentiful. All in all, hotel highly recommended.

The moment you step foot in the cozy 'lobby', you are made to feel right at home. It feels more like visiting a distant relative, than checking into a hotel. We arrived after regular check-in time, and still we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and chatted for half an hour - what a difference to what you are used to. This approach directly set the tone for the rest of the stay, and I have not come across a better combination of privacy and luxury, and such a personal touch. During the whole stay, the hosts were super helpful, friendly and could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, the view is phenomenal and the breakfast is extensive. It was a lovely experience having it served in the room, with a view over Mariazell and the valley. We had some special requests, and they were more than fulfilled, making this a truly memorable weekend. From the hotel, you get to the center of Mariazell within minutes on foot, but getting to the hotel by car is equally easy, making it a great starting point for excursions into the region.

El Gasthof zum Sessellift se encuentra en Mitterbach, a 38 km de Hochschwab, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, estacionamiento privado gratuito, terraza y restaurante. The rooms were very clean, the furnitures, bathroom, windows, everything was high quality material. The rooms were very quiet, the beds are comfortable. The staff was very kind and flexible when we wanted to change the room, so that our rooms with the kids will be close to each other. The dinner was also delicious.

Cuenta con spa, sauna finlandesa, cabina de infrarrojos, ducha de bienestar, bar de té, zona de relajación y terraza soleada con vistas a Gemeindealpe. quiet location, staff very accommodating, room very spacious and well equipped. many family run restaurants within walking distance.

El JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee se encuentra a solo 500 metros de la estación de esquí de Bürgeralpe, junto a un centro deportivo y a 2 km del centro de Mariazell. También hay una zona de spa. Location is exceptional, both Erlaufsee and Mariazell is a walk away (<2km), breakfast and dinner buffet are versatile, fresh, well rounded and fairly priced. All but one employee were exceptionallly kind, helpfull, invested in the client. Interior rooms were great, as well as exterior. Gym has modern and well rounded machines offer. Not cheapest hotel, but not overpriced for the above mentioned. Will come back again. Especially if any aktions appear :-)

El JUFA Hotel Sigmundsberg se encuentra a 3 km de Mariazell y ofrece una gran pileta cubierta, pistas de bowling, una pista de trineo y un gran jardín con terraza. I like the location in quite part of the village. Great family hotel very kind people, great breakfast.

El Hotel Drei, gestionado por la misma familia durante 5 generaciones, está situado en el centro de Mariazell, a sólo 100 metros de la famosa basílica y a 50 metros del teleférico. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, the breakfest service was amazing.

El Hotel Himmelreich goza de una ubicación céntrica en Mariazell, a pocos pasos de la basílica, y ofrece taberna al aire libre, restaurante y cabina de infrarrojos. Nice and clean room, probably renovated lately. Hotel is located in the center of the city just above the church. Host is very helpful and offered a garage for bikes (for a 10 EUR fee). Dinner in the hotel restaurant was a decent one.
