Surrounded by meadows, forests and the beautiful mountains of the Tyrolean Alps, Hotel Weisseespitze is located in the heart of the picturesque Kaunertal. We had a fantastic stay in late March. The rooms were beautifully renovated, bright ad spacious (thank you for the upgrade!). The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The facilities, restaurant, spa rooms, terrasse, bar rooms, pool - everything so well designed (a nice mix of traditional and modern) for a comfortable and exceptional experience. The food was so yummy and they offered plenty of selections to choose from, at breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. It's all in the little details like the drinks station with hot and cool teas at the spa area, and the plush bathrobes that stayed warm forever, made it all so relaxing and luxurious. The beds were super comfy too! The Gletscher area was awesome to ski, a beautiful drive, slopes not crowded and much better snow conditions.

The Aktivhotel Feichtner Hof welcomes guests 150 metres from the centre of Feichten. Wellness facilities on offer include a steam bath, several saunas, and a massage parlour. Everything. This is a wonderful spot for easy family friendly skiing. The staff all around were wonderful and friendly and went out of the way to make the stay comfortable for everyone. The town itself is lovely and a great place to explore the region.

Set in the Kaunertal Valley, Hotel Tia Smart Natur opened its doors in December 2010. It offers modern rooms with flat-screen cable TV, a seating area and free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner packs and there are apartments for families. The Smart building is freshly refurbished and is very clean and cosy. The rooms are large enough for 3-4 persons. Ski bus stop is very close to hotel. The small town is 10 minute nice walk.

Sonnenhof - Apartments & Zimmer is located in the Kaunertal Valley, 700 metres from the nearest ski area. It features a children’s playground and an infrared sauna. The hotel is comfortable and close to it there are restaurants, supermarket and tourist information center. The room was excellent with very big terrace with great views. Only 10 minutes away starts a great walking path in the mountain with very beautiful waterfall and panoramic platforms.

Only 150 metres away from the centre of Feichten in the Kauner Valley, the Lärchenhof features a spa area with an indoor pool. All rooms have cable TV. The hotel is very nicely decorated, with sauna (4) and pool area. Their breakfast has a good choice of food and dinners are very delicious with different menus every day. The hotel is run by a family and they look after their guests with great care. A huge thank you to Patrick and his father for the warm welcome and care! We are definitely coming back! Further the hotel offers a storage for skiing/snowboarding equipment with heated rucks to dry the shoes. Another important point is that the hotel is in a very quiet location ( as a light sleeper it is very important for me) and is only about 50 meters from the bus stop with 2 ski resorts option: Fendels about 30min and Kaunertaler Gletscher - about 40 min by ski bus. 1. Fendels is relatively small resort that is great for beginners, getting lessons in skiing and snowboarding or if the group you travel with has different levels in skiing or snowboarding as it has red, blue and orange slopes. it is also an alternative in case Gletscher gets closed due to heavy snow. The resort offers ski/snowboarding hire shop “Sport 2000”, children and adults skiing/snowboarding school, 2 restaurants, lockers and WC facilities. 2. Kaunertaler Gletscher is much bigger ski resort that offers several slopes including black for very experienced one. It also has ski/snowboarding hire shop “Sport 2000”, skiing school, 2 restaurants, heated lockers where you could leave your skiing equipment overnight and clean WC facilities.

Located in Kaunertal, Apart Gletscherblick features 3-star accommodation with private balconies. This 3-star apartment offers room service, a shared lounge and free WiFi. Nice nature around, but only a few possibilities to have some dinner in the willage.

Hotel Kirchenwirt is located in the centre of the small town of Feichten in Tyrol’s Kauner Valley. The small spa area includes a sauna and a steam bath, and the ski bus stop is right outside. everything was perfect the hotel was clean and the room spacious and nice decorated the breakfast and the dinner were amazing
