This was a bit over my usual budget but for a special occasion it's totally worth it. The location is amazing and so is everything in the building.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, clean spacious apartments. Phenomenal breakfast, great selection of quality ingredients, from a diverse range of juices to a selection of salami and cheese. You can order omelette, scrambled eggs or hamenex. I recommend trying their ESS bar restaurant for dinner - it deserves a Michelin star. Extremely helpful staff, including the owner, who always talked to us at the bar and took care of the guests. Great respect - one of the best accommodations we've been to.

Very nice place and comfortable, freshly furnished family hotel. The loft room is located on the third floor, with a huge terrace offering a magnificent view of the mountains and the golf course. The room is designed as a single space (bath and shower in the room), separate toilet. Mattress and bed linen are very good. To the beach 7 minutes walk. Very tasty and rich breakfast, lots of fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes, even fried chanterelles (!).

We spent in Frankenhof Hotel 5 nights. I liked everything - cosy and clean room with nice view of mountains, very good breakfast, close proximity to the cable car in Seefeld and Mittenwald (Karwendel) and very hospitable hostess! Everything Room was amazing Stuff very helpful
Hotel itself it's amasing, from the SPA area to the Room we have booked (we had one of the premium rooms with a hottub in the middle of the open area). Breakfast is also very nice, with plenty to choose from. We have booked with Half Board during the New Year's Eve and every dinner was amasing. Great food to choose from and the staff was very nice and welcoming. As a bonus, despite the fact that check-out on the 1st was scheduled to 11 AM, the staff at the reception kindly let us use the room till noon and on top provided access to the pool and spa area which was a very kind gesture - thanks!

The hotel is really nice, with a great swimming pool/spa area. everything was really clean and organised. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week with my 2-year-old. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and their attentive service was much appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the area's attractions. What stood out to me was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, which both my toddler and I enjoyed. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to others looking for a family-friendly and well-located place to stay.

We were staying for a family reunion and the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the breakfast each morning and sitting on the patio with the whole family for drinks in the evening.
