The staff was very helpful and nice, the pool was amazing and empty 2 out of 3 times we went there which was awesome, the breakfast was amazing too. Also our room had a bath which most hotels dont have, so that was a really nice suprise too

Apartament espaiós amb unes vistes magnífiques, al costat del centre de Igls i del Kurpark. El supermercat està allà mateix. També té 2 parades d'autobús molt a prop (l'autobús J, per anar a Innsbruck o a Patscherkofel, passa cada 10 minuts). Ens van donar targetes Welcome Card vàlides per a tots els dies de l'estància, que servien per utilitzar tot el transport públic de la zona, pels telecabines (descomptes en alguns casos i gratis en altres),...

Vam tindre una hab estandard i una premium i la última, a més de vistes genials, tenia càpsules de café i màquina. Si torno a Innsbruck no dubtaré en escollir aquest hotel. Zona tranquila, davant riu. 5-10 min reals caminant fins el centre històric. Personal molt amable, parlant varis idiomes, una inclús castellà. Terrassa molt bonica per l'estiu.

La cuina està súper ben equipada, un munt de vaixella que no te l'acabes! Cotxe aparcat just a la porta. L'apartament és molt espaiós, lluminós i està net. Està a uns 10' d'Innsbruck però amb cotxe és un moment i a més et donen targetes de transport gratuïtes pels dies que t'allotges.

This is my favourite hotel in the world. I have traveled to Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, and this remains my very favourite hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional. The hotel is well-appointed and clean. The bathtub in the room is huge and perfect after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. The breakfast is the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever had. I specifically plan my travel in Europe around a stay at the Penz.
