El Cortijo Hotel is a one-time colonial house that has been transformed into a boutique hotel in the village of Cachi, Salta. An amazing place. Absolutely beautiful. An oasis in the midst of the desert. We had a twin room which was a bit small. Couple rooms looked bigger. The beds were comfortable, great shower, the breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner there, too. It was really wonderful. The art in the hotel was gorgeous, great little shop.

The room was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast, but some more GF and DF options would be appreciated.
