Everything is perfect. Very comfortable, the staff is amazing and welcoming. We always felt welcomed and refreshed. The restaurant is amazing, great food and views.

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

Hotel very clean, quiet, very easy to hanging around. Rooms were big, staff really helpful. We used just for a weekend break but will evaluate to come back i the future for longer holidays.
