First and foremost: the staff, particularly Claudia, did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Claudia and Marian were both very friendly and willing to assist, and always with a big smile:) As a seasoned traveller, I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and this is the first time where I felt true customer service. My grandparents were with me on this trip and some medication that they used needed to be kept cooled, and to help with that, Claudia and her team arranged for a small minibar style fridge to be placed in the room. This kind of customer service makes Hotel Rupit in Cala D’Or special. Another point of note is the breakfast: the variety and quality of ingredients for this size of hotel is impressive. Not only was there a continental style breakfast with a wide selection of breads, cheeses and cold meats, but also cooked items including omelettes, bacon, ham, fried eggs…the list goes on. The hotel has recently been renovated and the room was quite well appointed with adequate storage space for luggage and clothing. The room had a small dressing table, a flat screen television and a balcony with two chairs. The bathroom contained an Italian style shower, with good water pressure and hot water available all the time. There is modern elevator covering all floors - important for guests with restricted mobility. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, which served lunch. Breakfast was served in a separate breakfast room. There is disabled parking space directly in front of the hotel door, but the hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking. During the high tourist season, parking will probably be challenging. At the corner of the street (left on exiting the hotel) you can find a Spar convenience store selling typical groceries. I would have no hesitation in staying here again!

El Llorenc Parc de la Mar - Adults Only (+16) is located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, an 11-minute walk of Palma Port. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant.

Clean pool, plenty of sunbeds and very warm water, we swam every morning before breakfast and the water felt like 28-29 degrees, then got even warmer during the day. Free private underground parking.

Morgunmaturinn var mjög góður, staðsetting frábær og að vera með íbðúð á jarðhæð 10metra frá sundlauginni var allgjör draumur. Frábært að geta verið í hótelgarðinum allan daginn á heimfaradeigi þótt að maður hefði farið úr herberginu kl.11 fínar sturtut og hægt að leigja handklæði fyrir 2€
Hótelið er mjog vel staðsett og stutt i alla helstu þjónustu. Það er fullkomið fyrir börn á öllum aldri, eitthvað við hæfi allra. Kvöldskemmtanir voru frábærar og einnig mini disko. Sundlauga garðurinn er mjög flottur og við elskuðum krakka klúbbinn.
Herbergið var mjög hreint og passlega stórt og vel þrifið. Frábær morgunmatur og góðir drykkir og þjónusta á sundlaugabarnum. Æðislegt að vera svona nálægt strönd. Entertainment-starfsfólkið bauð upp á skemmtilega dagskrá og starfsfólkið í afgreiðslunni var mjög hjálplegt með allt.
