The location was perfect for a stay in Pistoia and I would recommend this place for a base to see the many beautiful sites in Toscana

Very nice and spacious room with large clean bathroom. The location was great, we could walk everywhere we wanted. Slight minus was the breakfast policy, but overall we had a lovely stay and would choose it again.

Clean, safe and quiet retreat from the business of downtown Florence. Easy check in. We made use of the free luggage storage after our check out. Florence is an expensive city, we were surprised to get something of this high quality at the price we paid. Great value.

The hotel is in a a pleasant place by the canals and there are many good restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s a great and cozy interior swimming pool, which has a nice atmosphere to it and is open 24/7. The rooms are very decently sized, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a big living space. The food was also quite decent. It also has bikes for rental, which although we didn’t use, looked to be in good condition and could be very useful for some travelers.
