Located on 10 acres of gardens, Golfcourse Road Chalets and Lodge with lovely lake, mountain or golf course views. Just 4 minutes’ drive from Lake Wanaka, the property features free WiFi and barbecue facilities. Felt very welcomed by the staff. The chalet had everything we needed. It was clean and very bright. Surroundings are very well kept and nice. Location is either good or bad depending on needs. Its a bit further away from town centre.

Set on 2 acres of gardens featuring native trees, tulips, roses and fruit trees, the spacious grounds include a covered BBQ area with picnic tables. Front desk receptionist was very kind. Plenty of room and was very clean.
Dunedin

Cromwell Escape features free WiFi access. A really nice and comfortable place with a beautiful view and very friendly and helpful owners.

The Avenue Motel is very well located a short walk to the town centre. The receptionist was very helpful with explaining the local area and recommended a couple of dining options when we asked.
Motel is close to the water and a short drive (and probably a manageable walk, if you're energetic) to the centre of Queenstown and to shopping. Great base for seeing Queenstown and surrounds. Good to have a little kitchen at our disposal and free parking outside the door. Shower was great and the room was comfortable.

Wonderful room! I did a 2 week road trip with Queenstown being one of the few places where I stayed more than one night. The room felt like its own little apartment which was exactly what I needed after long days on the road and nightly motel switching. Very clean and comfortable. Kind and responsive hosts. Delightful neighbourhood. Very, very cute cat!
Robyn was kindness itself, she stayed on the phone, talking us in through the road works, which made the entrance to.the motel quite a challenge. Robin also gave us some useful ideas for places of interest to visit, and provided us with maps. The location of Alexis Motor Lodge is perfect for Dunedin..many places of interest are walkable from there, including the Botanical Gardens, which are well worth a visit.
We stayed for a night and leave next day, room is tidy and neat, reasonable price for a studio type, room is non smoke and free parking just outside the room, easy access, friendly staff, pretty quite area. And if you are looking for accommodation pay as you arrive, this motel is yours.
Location location location!! Walk out onto George Street!! Great free parking!! Rooms were modern, clean well serviced!! Would definitely recommend this motel!!
