It felt like everyone from our guide, Prem, to our waitress, Barbra, were going above and beyond with their hospitality. We were completely enamored.

We did a number of full day or half day activities which the proprietor helped to arrange for us and every detail was worked out, ensuring all we had to do was relax and be wowed. Returning to the luxury of the lodge and cooling off in the pool and the stunning grounds was a perfect way to finish off those days. We supplemented the chilling out process with drinks from the expertly curated selection of fine South African wines or beers, spirits and soft drinks. The interior of the lodge and the private suite could only be described as luxurious opulence furnished with many beautiful African artefacts. And as if all of that is not enough we enjoyed ample beautifully prepared and presented breakfasts. We were also privileged to play host to families of nyalas and warthogs who visited the area just outside our bedroom window and patio doors to feast on fallen amarula fruits. Wow wow wow !!!

Kruger Shalati - Train on The Bridge & Garden Suites ligger i Skukuza, 10 km fra Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery og 2 km fra Skukuza Museum. originality: the train carriages assembled on a historic bridge pays homage to the Victorian era of safari, while the interiors are a tasteful nod to the local culture. The swimming pools appear to be made from recycled stock tanks and fit perfectly with the general vibe. the view: have you ever had a bath while watching dozens of elephants, hippos, crocodiles and buffalo walking by? You will never run out of incredible things to look at. the service: Mishack, Glenda, Justice, Hamilton and the rest of the team couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect.
