It was splendid. David is a wonderful host, very friendly and attentive. He also gave good recommendations for walks to do. The one from grassington to kettlewell was particularly nice.
The room is gorgeous. Comfy bed, comfy sofa and a big window looking out over the garden, the river and the greens hills on the other side.
Breakfast came every morning in a basket and was delicious.
We took two lovely walks in the area, which were gorgeous.

A toaster and kettle are also available. everything. The room was exceptional. so well thought out. The staff and food was were amazing. Just cannot say enough about the place. The village is beautiful as well.

Set in 16 acres on the banks of Pickering Beck, in a beautiful, peaceful location in North Yorkshire, this 18th century farmhouse offers attractive self catering accommodation.
Sorry we do not accept pets in our 3 person lodge or in the cottages. We do accept pets in all the other lodges.
Lovely peaceful location, fantastic play parks for the children, hot tub an added bonus, beautiful sunsets.
Scarborough
Located in Scarborough, just 600 metres from Cayton Bay Beach, Lula Lodge provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and free WiFi. Featuring free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and table tennis. it was lush ! so comfortable , clean and well thought out - having towels and linen defiantly helps when you are self catering. 2 bathrooms was a bonus also ! a bath and a shower!!! my mum loved it she was soooo happy!
Scarborough

Very clean and pleasant caravan, easy check in and great communication from the owner. Close to the bar/facilities and only a short drive to scarborough/filey.

Everything was perfect, the location, the lodge were great. Rachael the owner went above and beyond for our visit. It was such a lovely quiet location. The lodges have absolutely everything one could need and are fitted to a high standard.

The Shepherds hut is situated in a beautiful village, but having it within castle ruins just makes any stay there magical. We found ourselves having a cuppa at any time of day just so we can sit and admire the castle grounds.
Tasha, Pat and Oscar (their pooch) are wonderful hosts and are very welcoming, most notably Tasha makes an amazing lemon cake which we thought was a fantastic personal touch.
Pat gave us a lovely tour around the grounds and allowed us to visit the sound room, which again was beautiful.
We cannot express how amazing the location is, beautiful, magical, full of history and character and the sunshine is the icing on the cake.

Comfortable lodges. Clean and well equipped.
It was nice and quiet; everyone appeared respectful to other residents. Food onside was really good. Heating worked well (stayed in other lodges/cottages/caravans which have been freezing) Kitchen had everything you needed to cook (we decided to eat out every night as it was a holiday for mum too) Very close to flamingoland. In-between York, Scarborough and Whitby. Dog fields down the road and a track road to walk the dogs. Park for the kids. Hot tub was nice and a new one compared to the photos you see online.
Excellent stay as always - restaurant manager really on the ball - excellent service - normally stay in either lodges or a bay twin but due to availability were in room 301 which was a great little room and exceeded our expectations!
The pods were great - clean, comfortable modern and really well equipped. Plenty of space and obviously very well thought out. The kids loved the little bunk beds! The location is lovely, we were there in thick mist in February but the view would be great in the summer! Very close to Knaresborough which is well worth a visit. Rachael is a very attentive and helpful host. We stayed as two families and rented both lodges which worked really well.
What a beautiful find these lodges were, we arrived at about 4.30pm after only having booked it 2 hours before due to our original booking elsewhere being cancelled. The lodge was lovely and toastie warm and the hot tub was amazing and very hot. The lodge had everything we needed for our stay, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The lodges are all very private and with fairy lights all around it was a beautiful romantic break for us, will definitely be returning.

Amanda was incredibly helpful and considerate , this lady is absolutely in the right job. The Spa staff again so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Your staff are on a mission to make your guests get the most from their stay at every level. Exceeded our expectations. We will be back that guaranteed. Location was amazing not enough lighting given 2 rechargeable lights but could have done with 4 of those . 3 bottles of champagne for 2 lodges was a lovely touch for New years Eve.
Got messed about with lodges, should have been in spring well, then was told we were in 15 the green but someone was in that then told no it’s 33 the green and then someone was in that and in the end was in 5 the green. Was a pain at first as we didn’t arrive till 9pm but had a good relaxing wkend after that so all good
