Our stay at Casa Nativo was the highlight of our Colombia trip. Not only the stunning architecture and surroundings (we never saw so many different exotic birds as we did here) but mainly the lovely and caring personalities of Daniela, her mother Ana and Diana. It's a bit like spending time with family. In our entire trip, the beautiful terrace overlooking the jungle is where we found the most peace and felt closest to nature. We also visited the coffee finca of the parents of Diana up the hill. We would come back to Colombia only to stay at this magical place!

The welcoming staff who went above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay, the pool and all the sitting areas around the pool, a roomy shower, and the food were all top notch. The location is not in a town so it is surrounded by nature and lovely views.

We had delicious lunch when we arrived and breakfast was also delicious. I loved that we could just message them in Whatsapp to order. Rooms are super clean and have everything you will need and there was a porch and terrace with a gorgeous view. The best part was the service though. The owner helped us to get anything we needed and a reliable taxi on our way to the airport.

Ubytovanie ECO HOTEL RIO DE ORO sa nachádza 28 km od miesta Vrch Piedra del Peñol. Hostia tu majú k dispozícii reštauráciu, záhradu, spoločenskú miestnosť a terasu. Possibly best place to stay in the Guatape. Remote but with good access opportunity even for a normal car. Place provides everything what you need. Cannot even praise the experience enough. Modern cabins with nice beds, great staff, fantastic food, crystal clear river, during our stay we did not have problems with the bucks. The river has the perfect temperature (not too hot and not too cold). You can even find a good spot in between two giant rocks for a long-distance swim. Pricey but worth every cent.

A very nice hotel with luxuriant plants. Isabel was very nice and attentive. The location is good...a private area on the edge of town...only a 10 minute walk to the main plaza.

If your into witnessing beautiful natural settings while in a beautifully built and designed modern cabin with great service and attention to detail by a loving staff of people, than this a don’t miss. This is now my favorite location and glamping spot, with all the services of a fine hotel. The menu and quality of food was excellent as well.
