When we arrived we were not sure where to park, we called and staff were extremely nice & helpful. When arriving to our room we asked for extra pillow and that also was no problem! They only down fall to this hotel is that the rate I was given on the date of booking was $60 cheaper then what I was actually charge. The receipt I was sent at check out has a $50 parking charge. (Which we were notified about in an email the day before check-in after the time frame they give you for free cancellation & again at check-in.) Then I was charged an additional $60 after check in. The breakfast was good as well.! The overall cleanness and staff were amazing! My girls loved the little kids pool but that was things were billed and disclosed was very unfortunate.

The location was excellent because it was directly across the street from MOA. Check in was ok. The work out facility was quaint. The breakfast was ok. The outdoor patio was nice.
We were in town for a hockey game, and the location could not have been better. We were right across from the Excel Energy Center and could even see the parking lot from our window. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. The attached restaurant was also really nice, and the valet parking was a huge plus. Overall, no complaints!
Excellent location to the Xcel Energy Center. If it wasn't so cold out we would have been able to walk. Overall it was a good price for the accommodations. The transportation to and from the Xcel Center was awesome! We found the van after the game and were back to the hotel in no time!
The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful!
The hotel was clean and comfortable
Great breakfast included
Excellent location for event at Xcel Energy Center - we were able to walk to the event.
The decor of the hotel is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room I reserved was unavailable so the management had prearranged a suitable solution for us. I will definitely be staying here again for any event I attend at the Xcel Energy Center.
Room was great! Bathroom small, but very well maintained and clean. Breakfast came with room, always a plus! We took the hotel shuttle to the concert at Xcel Energy Center. There was no additional charge and the driver was excellent, both dropping off and picking up. Ended the night with other concert-goers in Peddlers Pub. An all-around wonderful and relaxing experience!!
They offered us warm cookies when we checked in. They provided a shuttle bus to drop off and pick up at our event at the Xcel Energy Center. Very convenient!
