Beautiful hotel! Right across from Bayside Marketplace which has a ton of fun stuff to do. Very safe upscale area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 38th floor with great views of the bay. Amazing how fast elevators arrive with that many floors (elevators are called with your room key on a touch screen I pad-like screen) so pay attention when they are explaining it if you aren’t used to this sort of technology.

The proximity to Miami airport and Port of Miami. Also, the availability of a free shuttle to the cruise port and from the airport to the hotel. We had an accessible room that had most of the features needed by someone in a wheelchair.
Best gym at any hotel. Exceptional views. Fantastic free breakfast on the pool deck! Close to downtown, the home court for Miami Heat is across the street and right next to port of Miami!
I did like that there is a shuttle to the port of Miami for a fee. The shuttle will pick you up after you return from your cruise and take you to Miami International Airport. The shuttle was nice and comfy. The hotel staff and concierge for the shuttle were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from our window. Close proximity to the port and Bayside Market.
This was a very good location. We were in the middle. We were 15-18 minutes from Brickell City and 20 minutes from South Beach. You could go north of Biscayne Blvd and your 15-20 minutes from Port of Miami. There was a shopping mall and excursions there. Let's get to the condo! The cleanliness of this place was amazing. It literally was our home. Anything you may need was available from the kitchen to the bathroom. The memory foam mattresses! I highly recommend this place to stay.
We arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in. We secured our luggage and waited in a lounge area. This process was pleasant and smooth. We dined in the onsite restaurant and enjoyed a lovely meal. The hotel location was minutes from the port of Miami. We'd just returned stateside from a nine-day cruise. The next morning we took an Uber to the airport, which is minutes away. We will definitely stay at this facility again.
