The staff was courteous and kind and always a step ahead of us. And the location is perfection! I’ve stayed many places in DC, and it’s nice to not have to drive or cab. Walking in a city really changes the experience for the better, and we couldn’t have done that if we’d stayed elsewhere.

People are talking about The National Mall! Explore guest hotel reviews featuring "The National Mall"
We loved everything! Two blocks from the convention center, walkable to nearby restaurants and a reasonable hike to the National Mall. The hotel is lovely and comfortable, an oasis in a bustling city. Staff are outstanding and very personable. Loved the restaurant. The room was nicely appointed, bed comfortable. In all - unique, not cookie cutter, and quiet yet vibrant, great value.
Easy to get to the ballpark and the National Mall, which was the reason for the stay. In a very nice nieghborhood. Everything else around it was absurdly expensive
This hotel is the epitome of convenience. Perfect location in the city in that you close to the national mall as well as other neighborhoods DC has to offer. Very good breakfast being served every morning which always hits the spot. Front desk staff were as lovely as ever and are willing to offer recommendations in spots to eat in the city. And a comfy room with the most comfortable bed with clean sheets. All for a decent price! Will definitely book here again when the time comes to visit DC again.
It’s good choice if you need to visit Russian Embassy ( it’s right across). Clean and pleasant room, for those how don’t want to dine in restaurant where is whole foods market near by with decent buffet takeout. Georgetown is pleasant district with lots of nice shops and restaurants. And it just takes half an hour to get to the National mall on bus from hotel.
The location was great to explore the National Mall area and Capitol sights! The hotel is close to two metro stops- Gallery and Metro Center so it’s easy to get around the city via subway. Our room was very quiet and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay again when we come back to DC.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is a safe walking distance to the National Mall. The Spy Museum is right in front and they have a metro station directly below the hotel. There are several places to eat by the metro if you are looking for something convenient and slightly cheaper than the hotel continental breakfast.
It is an amazing place, and although we stayed for just one night, the experience was really good.
Very good location, within walking distance to the Capitol, not so close to the National Mall, but you can get there by public transportation.
The staff was really friendly and polite, giving us all the instructions.
Breakfast was simple but good, with more options than you would normally find out in hotels in US.
