Staff were very welcoming after a long journey and offered us an upgraded room as we were there for a full week, which we could access the following day. When I asked the same member of staff the following day about the room upgrade she had offered, she was very dismissive & short with me, so we stayed in our original room, which was fine. Every other member of staff from reception to cleaners to catering staff were helpful & engaging. The place was beautifully clean all the time & is perfectly located for easy travel around the city, both for walking & using public transport. Huge room for 3 & sofa bed was pretty good. It would have been palatial for 2.

This was my wife and my 3rd stay here at the Hyatt, when we came to visit our daughter in college. Its a beautiful, comfortable. clean, friendly, as well as delicious breakfast which is between the hours of 6 am-9 am. The bed was amazing and perfect for my comfort.

Great hotel, good breakfast, very nice rooms, pool was a nice addition too. Roof top terrace is great, really nice on a warm afternoon. Nearest Metro station is about 10 minute walk, walk into Downtown DC and Georgetown is easily done and doesn’t take much longer.
