The rooms are compact and perfect for travelers who will only need a place to sleep.
The building is renovated, so it is a modern, nice structure, and the atmosphere is very good and chill . Room temperature is just perfect (which is almost impossible in yucatan lol), making your sleep very pleasant.
Great internet conexion, good shower, mattress is okay and you can request more pillows.
There is no small fridge in the room, in case you have kids and need to pack stuff.
The breakfast is very good, compared to other places at the same price range . There are different ioyurts, several toppings , granola, fresh fruits, fresh salad, and the eggs are not the powder ones, so it tastes like real eggs (lol)), there are traditional and tast Mexican food (the chilaquiles are my favorite) , coffee and hot chocolate.
The staff is super nice and welcoming. Parking in the region is also a plus. You will be 1 minute from the most interesting and charming avenue of Merida. Nearby restaurants, bars, etc..

I love the location. I was taking an early ADO bus to the Cancun airport, so I stayed here the night before. An easy 1 block walk to the station, with an OXXO on the way to get coffee. At night I did some furniture browsing at Sears and checked out the Altabrisa mall, which is just a block away. The room was spacious.
