It is definitely a beautiful property and the rooftop pool and bar an absolutely highlight. The rooms are comfortable with really detailed interiors all custom made to the space. The food and cocktails were great especially as we had dinner in the rooftop space nearly every night and it felt like we had our own private restaurant.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy walking to shops restaurants and Shinjuku Station where you can get trains to almost everywhere. The Staff are very welcoming and so helpful, professional and courteous. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped and very clean.
First of all, the location was amazing. The Shinjuku station is 6mins walking distance from the hotel, and from there, one could pretty much go anywhere. The services in the hotel were excellent and the staff was friendly. I particularly liked the breakfast. There is also a easy to use laundry room that is really helpful. The beds were comfy.
Decent location. About a 15min walk to Shinjuku Station and slightly closer for a stop on the F line.

The location was great. About 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. There was another subway station right next to the hotel which we used to go everywhere around the city. The breakfast was pretty good. They had both western and Japanese options.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped, at least for Japan, and the staff was an absolute delight. They were also very helpful with holding our luggage and helping us get it forwarded onto our next hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park, convenience stores, and restaurants, but away from the crowd at Shinjuku Station. The hotel has a cab stand for easy access to the station. Upon check-in, our luggage was delivered to our room and the luggage handler explained the features of the room. Her English was sufficient for us to understand how to work the various features of the room.
