This boutique hotel has been my favorite lodging property in Tokyo. I wasn’t familiar with the area when booking, but it’s a great area for walking and exploring. It’s just a few blocks from the Atago Jinja shrine, which is amazingly blended into the ultra modern city. When we return to Tokyo, I hope to stay here again! We had a double twin corner room which was spacious and well appointed. The staff is superb and very helpful with needs of their guests. They called the taxi service a few times for us and we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes. The cafe has delicious lunch items and assortment of teas.

Hotel was kind to give us 4 double beds to fit us 2 adults 2 kids, but there’s still plenty of space with 4 beds. Beautiful decors and one of the best gardens I ever seen.

The location is great, close to the Shibuya station and easy to find many restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel staffs are friendly and efficient.
This was our family home base in Tokyo for 5 days for two adults and two teenagers. It was exactly what we wanted. Great location, extremely clean, comfortable. The shibuya station is a short walk so you can go anywhere. The checkin process was easy and we didn’t have to deal with a single person. It was just a very functional apartment. And there is a 7 eleven downstairs!
Excellent air conditioning in a spotless apartment. Good quality towels. Responsive host. Had a kitchen and washing machine but didn't use either. Neighbourhood is more suburban but is still just 3 train stops away from Shibuya station. Grocery store very near by.
The room was small but convenient, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel is conveniently placed at walkable from Shibuya station. I would recommend getting off at Ebisu station. It’s a slightly longer walk to avoid the chaos of shibuya.
