Very comfortable and great architecture. The room contains so many handy features (eg drawers, places to hang up stuff, where to put luggage). Nice breakfast too, and friendly staff.

The location was quiet and we were able to walk everywhere. Very close to a train station.
We loved the staff and the amenities.
After losing our wallet on the train, going to lost and found and trying multiple places, the hotel staff were able to track it down and email us after we left on where to find it. Thanks to all the staff that went our of their way to assist us and all their efforts. Over and above any expectations we had.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and comfortable. Walking distance to osaka station and exceptional food/restaurant selection in the area
It was a lovely stay! We stayed for 4 nights as we were travelling around Osaka and other locations in Kansai and it was a lovely base to stay in. Very convenient for the trains and Shin-Osaka station and very polite staff available 24 hours a day. I speak Japanese but it was very helpful for my English only speaking wife to have staff to translate. It is a more 'business' like hotel but I still found it very welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend!
Very convenient location for Shin Osaka station. Lots of English (and other languages) used for how to work things in the apartment. Washing machine and an in bathroom drying room. Pillows were not the bean bag style that many hotels in Japan favor. Great layout, if travelling on a budget would allow for cooking of own meals.
Location is fantastic, situated right next to Osaka Station and many restaurants, shops and other modes of transport. The room was clean and amenities provided. Staff were helpful and assisted us in sending our luggage on to our next hotel (highly recommend if travelling in Japan). Also, it was super easy to get to the hotel from the airport as it is one of the stops of the airport bus.
Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Osaka station, but of course there are few different ways to go there by subway or train. About 5 minutes away there is a street full of shops and restaurant. The room was a bit bigger than normally in APA hotel. Good breakfast in form of the buffet mostly with Japanese food. For me it was good choice.
The hotel is very near to Shin-Osaka station and easy to find if you take the right exit. If you are used to travel with Japanese business hotels, you know what you get. The room has what you need: a ned, a very small table, a TV, a refrigerator, your own bathroom.
I stayed in this hotel last year as it was a great location. Just 10 mins walk to Osaka Station. I had a different room this time (smaller) as the one I had last time were all sold out. The room was a lot smaller, especially if you have a large luggage.
Front desk were very helpful and welcoming. They helped me send some of my items of clothing to another location, which was great, as I was travelling to multiple locations within Japan.
Overall a great and clean hotel! You can’t go wrong staying at this hotel.
The breakfast was fine. The breakfast was 95% Japanese based but was fine. The Staff could speak English. The hotel is a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The area is safe. The hotel rooms are small compared to Australian hotel but all hotel rooms throughout Japan are small.
