Fantastic hotel; the rooms are a good size by Japanese standards with great facilities for cooking and doing laundry. The room size and facilities were especially good for us travelling as a young family, but would also be great for those travelling as a group who would like to pack lighter and have the option of doing semi/full self-catering.
The location was great - 5 minute walk to the train/bus station with a lovely park opposite. There are loads of convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel so you can easily enjoy eating out or easily do self-catering. Kasai station is great for getting into Tokyo - approx 25 minutes to Ueno/Akihabara/Tokyo station and approx 45 - 60 minutes to Shinjuku and West Tokyo. Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Sealife Centre are a short bus ride away directly from Kasai bus station (next to train station).
The staff at the hotel were lovely - they were always happy to help out. The staff have English language menus and instructions for those who don't speak Japanese and they were happy to try and translate on the fly for anything else. I speak Japanese, so it wasn't an issue for us but I noted when we arrived and they didn't realise I speak Japanese they made a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and informed in English before they realised we could switch to Japanese.

This hotel was great and in very close proximity to Disney. It was very clean and the staff were accommodating. I really appreciated that Hotel Kasai offers luggage transportation services.

They had free coffee and good breakfast. Room was okay for 3 considering we had 5 luggages. Towels and bedsheets were replaced everyday. It is also near the station (Kasai Sta. Tozai Line) and the bus station going to Disneyland and DisneySea.

Great value. Close to Nishi-kasai metro so easy to get to centre of Tokyo. Also close to Disney Sea and Disney World. Would be excellent for business in Tokyo. Great Tonkatsu restaurant in Nishi-kasai mall as well.

Room with complete facility, like microwave, refrigerator, oven, and desk. Bunk bed for more than 2 person. Wow it was amazing. Hotel only take 3 minutes to Nishikasai station. It very helpful.
I'm very happy to write the review about Hotel Lumiere, Great Service, Cleaning, Breakfast, Amazing Keep Growing Hotel Lumiere, and also in Addition it's near to Kasai Station that was amazing to take Train to Tokyo.. or any other city. Amd you can also take bus from kasai Station to Narita Airport.

The customer service was good.10- 15 min walk to Nishikasai station/ toezi line, good option for people visiting Disneyland. Lawson and restaurants are close by. For narita airport you need to travel from nishikasai station to katsutadai station and you have a keisei line train.
