Everything including the location, the room, cleanliness, nice and fresh smell, the breakfast, the setting, free bikes all day, the rooftop with sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The shampoo and soaps smelled so good and relaxing.

It was amazing!!! Where should I start? The staff was always polite, welcoming and willing to help. Every "personal touch" counts and this stay I had a filling, that everyone knows me and my family and everyone cares.
The breakfast is just over all the ratings and score, it blows the competition off with 20 out of 10: so many different options, so tasty and fresh, so nice on the presentation. I've been to many hotels and I saw such level of dishes only one more time.
The room is very clean and well functioning. Unfortunately the view was a bit blocked with the wardrobe, but the sunrise every morning from the "first row" compensated everything else. All in all the size of the room is mentioned during the booking as well as missing balcony. I consider it my own fault, but keep an eye on the details of the booking :)
The pool is great and it this time I reconsider my love for swimming the sea. The sea was not that clean and one day after the thunderstorm the dirty water from the city got directly into the sea. So the pool was a life-saver :) There are certain rules to NOT use any children toys in the pool which makes sense to me, but very sad to my kid. Every evening the pool was cleaned by the automated robot with additional check by the person the next morning before the open.
There are huge amount of restaurants around for every taste and wallet. You can also take food for a takeout and use promenade as your dining room.
Talking about the promenade and the night life (you don't have one with the kid): it would be extremely noise next to the main street alone the sea beach BUT the windows are REALLY isolating all the noise. You will enjoy your quietness if you would like to spend nights sleeping.
I don't have enough words to tell more about how all of us enjoyed this hotel and our vacation. I would definitely go there again and recommend to my friends. Hopefully the price will stay affordable as it was this time.

Nice location next to the beach and two nice restaurants. Nice and friendly staff. A lot of wardrobes and storage compartments in the room. A shower for two people at once speeds things up with kids.

I will start by saying that the best thing at this hotel is the staff. They made you feel cozy and they were very very friendly, the best staff I have ever found at a hotel. The Hotel itself is nice, good size room, and very clean. Oh, and the breakfast, every day with something new :) And the good vibe at the breakfast :D

This is a brand new hotel with a cool vibe in a great location. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. One night we walked to the old town which was gorgeous.
The staff were really friendly and let us leave our bags after check out so we could go to the beach before our train ride.

The hospitality of the owner was delightful. He was super cooperative and helpful. As far as the apartment is concerned, it was beautiful, comfortable and clean to live in. The front of the apartment looks really pretty at night. Additionally, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located very near to Rimini Train Station and is in the centre of the city.
We had a wonderful stay there. Must check out this property while you have a stay at Rimini.

Location is very good, right next to metromare which is a rail system and only 2 stops to go to Rimini train station.

The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning lady was very kind. The location is great; supermarket is near, laundry store is near, the beach is near, restaurants are all around , bus stop that takes you to Rimini train station is near as well. The room has a little balcony where you can hang clothes to dry. This is very convenient.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Room Was beautiful and super clean! We were upgraded once we got there. The location is excellent! Easy 15 minute walk from Rimini train station. Close to shops and restaurants. Great selection for breakfast and very reasonably priced. We also had an Oceanview. absolutely nothing negative to say and again would recommend to anyone!
I enjoyed how friendly the staff were upon check-in! Very welcoming and thorough in providing me information about the hostel's rules and facilities as well as neighboring places that were of value such as the closest convenience store, train station, beach, and bus stops! The hostel is only a 15 minute walk from Rimini train station which is a huge plus especially for the budget friendly price tag for a nightly stay!
