We liked everything. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Breakfast was perfect. We were a family of 4 and they accommodated us with an extra bed. If we come back to Florence, we will stay here. Leonardo was the best. His recommendations are very helpful.

Rooftop is amazing for breakfast or drinks. Good restaurant recommendations from concierge. Returned multiple times to Osteria Porcellino.

It was one of the best stays ever. We had the Royal suite which has the real Florentine vibe thanks to 5+ meter high old fresque painted ceiling, wooden floors and it is very spacious and comfortable. Good matress and comfortable bathroom with premium bath essentials. Very kind an friendly service from all the staff team. They helped us with the parking and luggage and recommended a nice restaurant for dinner 🥂

Peruse the shops perched above the River Arno on this pedestrian bridge. Dating back to 972, its history is the stuff of storybooks. Ponte Vecchio’s seen it all from noble feuds to ruinous floods. Once a market where vendors sold meat, the smell of raw flesh tossed in the Arno disgusted the Medici dukes. Today’s retailers are much less carnivorous (they’re jewellers).

Ideally located a short walk from the Duomo, train station, Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio, the apartment makes seeing Florence easy. Our family of 4 loved the large windows, separate baths and especially the balcony! It was great to have a place to enjoy a glass of wine and snack high above the tourist fray with amazing views of the Duomo. It was also quiet despite the central location- we slept well.

Everything! It is beautiful!! Parking is in a secure garage a 7 minute walk from the apartment. Alberto is wonderful and very welcoming and attentive. Easy walk to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio and everything in between. Stay here, you will love the apartment, location, and secure parking. Also, Brunch Republic is fantastic and a few minutes walk. Amazing breakfast choices!
So glad I booked this hotel. The staff was exceptional, which is always a bonus. The room was substantial with plenty of room to store luggage and clothing. The bed was comfortable and the marble bathroom was luxurious. My window faced the street but the noise was not significant. The location is convenient to the Duomo but a farther walk to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. There was free breakfast downstairs with many delicious choices. I'm sure I would book here again.
Lovely apartment/room in the heart of Florence right near the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River. It had everything I needed, including welcome cookies and a bottle of water. It was clean, and comfy and quiet. Thank you to the owner who was very accommodating!!
The apartment is so picturesque, location was great, walking distance to a lot of tourist spots you’ll go in Florence such as SMN train station, duomo, ponte vecchio, shopping district, museums, popular restaurants etc. Kitchen is equipped, including an oven if you want to re-heat dinner leftovers. Ana responded to all of my inquiries and accommodated us well.
The location was perfect. It was a short walk from the train station to reach the room and it was located near the Ponte Vecchio. Just outside the apartment is the historical section of the city with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was a short walk to reach many of the tourist attractions. Our host Dario was very nice and extremely accommodating, checking to make sure the room was good, clean, and we were stocked up on supplies. The room was very clean and secure, making it perfect for a few nights stay while exploring Florence.
Fantastic location in the heart of Florence overlooking the Arno River with a great view of the Ponte Vecchio. The Uffizi is a 5 minute walk, and all the sights are close by. There are many great trattoria and restaurants within a short walk. The host, Matteo, is very friendly and helpful. Renting an entire spacious apartment for my wife and myself was a great experience.
