Good location but needs serious upgradition to fix the traffic, no one follows the rules, serious traffic Jam for no reason just before the toll gate close to the Radisson Udyog Vihar .. so don't travel around 5 to 7pm towards the hotel as it will take a long time to just move few meters.
With lot of construction the dust is everywhere and I think that needs to be suppressed and controlled to avoid getting too many people sick !! Something must be done to control the Mosquitoes !!

Not a city for a tourists. It is a destination for business travellers. Some places have world class facilities & outlook. Some places have rickety infrastructure. Good thing is auto rickshaws, cabs, small shops - all take UPI payment.

I had a spectacular experience, upon arriving at the reception it took a little time but it was due to many large events, specifically the medical congress that we arrived at, however the receptionist was very friendly and we waited pleasantly while everything was resolved. The room is excellent as shown in the photos, spacious, and with everything you need for a stay of rest, work and relaxation. I used the sewing service who resolved my clothes perfectly, and I have fond memories of the kindness of Robin from the 2nd level service, always looking out if we needed something, smiling and was able to guide us in everything we needed in an efficient way. Finally from Deeli at the entrance door and the way of resolving the transportation was excellent, and not to mention the exceptional food! I would confidently recommend this place to stay that has everything to spend a few days in New Delhi!

I had a good experience at the Lime Tree Hotel (Gurgaon). Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out a bit late. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is nice & the staff is also good. But the bed linen was totally unexpected. They were used ones..& in bad shape. Even the towels were used one but after we asked for another, we were provided fresh ones. The location is just opposite the lane of sahara mall gurgaon, so it's good. They really need to focus on cleanliness. Rest everything good.

They denied check-in saying no rooms available...I paid an advance also and highlighted the same but they still denied check.
I raised a complaint with Fab Hotels Customer Service but still I have not received the credit for my advance paid. I also highligted this to Booking.com but still not reveived my advance credit.
I booked through booking.com, payed in advance but hotel refused that, the amount goes to fab hotels, you have to pay here again. This is unbelivable. I had pay again at the property, neither staff at property nor fab hotels helped at that point. I even showed them transaction details. Pathetic and rud behaviour.
The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot for work. It is beautiful, the room is fantastic, the pool is amazing (and we are offered cold water, a bowl of fruits, and sun cream), and the food is delicious. I could not be happier with a hotel.

For budget hotels, the bloom chain is good. In fact, cleanliness wise, they may be better than some so-called 5 star hotels. And in this hotel there are windows that open, so you can get some fresh air and not just the stale AC air.
