The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with a good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the half-board plan. Food was amazing and varied. The staff at the restaurant does get a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The room attendants too were pleasant to chat with, quick in their work and provided us extra water bottles, which was great. Good air conditioning and a powerful shower.

Good location but needs serious upgradition to fix the traffic, no one follows the rules, serious traffic Jam for no reason just before the toll gate close to the Radisson Udyog Vihar .. so don't travel around 5 to 7pm towards the hotel as it will take a long time to just move few meters.
With lot of construction the dust is everywhere and I think that needs to be suppressed and controlled to avoid getting too many people sick !! Something must be done to control the Mosquitoes !!

Not a city for a tourists. It is a destination for business travellers. Some places have world class facilities & outlook. Some places have rickety infrastructure. Good thing is auto rickshaws, cabs, small shops - all take UPI payment.

I had a spectacular experience, upon arriving at the reception it took a little time but it was due to many large events, specifically the medical congress that we arrived at, however the receptionist was very friendly and we waited pleasantly while everything was resolved. The room is excellent as shown in the photos, spacious, and with everything you need for a stay of rest, work and relaxation. I used the sewing service who resolved my clothes perfectly, and I have fond memories of the kindness of Robin from the 2nd level service, always looking out if we needed something, smiling and was able to guide us in everything we needed in an efficient way. Finally from Deeli at the entrance door and the way of resolving the transportation was excellent, and not to mention the exceptional food! I would confidently recommend this place to stay that has everything to spend a few days in New Delhi!

AC is not working. Hot. Water is not available everywhere taps leakage. Bed sheets are not properly washed. Towel is also not provided. After asking, they have arranged one which is again not properly washed.

But surprisingly the food that was served to us in Diya restaurant was extremely tasteless and unfresh. We had vomiting feeling after having dinner there. we were 7 people who had dinner there and none of us liked the food at all.
Usually in Indian 5 star hotels, Indian foods are very good. We were completely surprised with the quality of food served at Diya restaurant. That needs lots of improvement as it brings bad name to the reputed hotel chain like Leela.
I booked for 3 days and ended extending for 3 weeks. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is so warm and extends all the help and support you need during the stay. I am so happy with the love that it will be my permanent abode when I come to Gurgaon. Go ahead book a night and you will know what I mean. Totally value for every penny spent. Bang for the buck :)))))
Hotels are meant for hospitality. It's not a skill, it is instilled or adequately trained. People are good, courteous and accomodative. They are prompt with their responses. Infrastructure is adquate. Rooms are well lit and well built. You wl definitely look forward to visit again. Wonderful experience. For business, solo or family.
I booked a single occupancy with breakfast. Upon checking in I was told that it's a double occupancy with no breakfast. I got the occupancy changed to one and end up paying 10,620. I'm suprised I wasnt offered the breakfast and was told to pay 1150 for the breakfast. I wonder even the 3 star hotels provide best to their guests .
Fabhotels - earlier I had stayed one in Bangalore. The common features are:
1. They are situated in residential areas, far away from restaurants.
2. They must provide tea/coffee kit in the room; morning one has to wait till 8am for a tea,
as the cook has to arrive OR dress-up and walk outside in search of tea-shops.
Saltstayz Amara provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was luxurious and meticulously maintained. The staff were attentive and ensured our needs were met. The food experience was exceptional—the restaurant's North Indian cuisine was flavorful and memorable. A highly recommended hotel in Gurgaon!
