A lot to like. The design and ambiance is superb. Whomever did the lighting and music deserves an award. The 24 hr gym was in the basement but was terrifically appointed and beautifully designed. Extra points for the clock in the gym with a sweeping seconds hand. It's these types of small details that they do very well at the hotel. Again, the lighting and wall texture (wall paper covered with wire facade) were very appealing.
Loved the eco friendly water spout available at every floor by the elevator for you to fill up the canteen in your room, or your own container. Bathroom mirror has a built in defogger so that it remains clear during shower. Beds were medium firmness, and even with my bad lower lumbars, they were perfectly fine for 3 nights. The shower has industrial grade water pressure coming out of the handheld unit and the option for a rainfall shower head is a nice touch too. I'm talking NYC fire hydrant level water pressure that will make you step back!
Convenient and comfy little bar in the lobby area. Walking distance to some very well rated and delicious restaurants. Oh, and the room has a Marshall Bluetooth speaker that is not cheap and played music with very respectable wattage and bass. Small lounge chair in corner is close to bed, but a nice option to relax in. Also very nice to have a work/makeup table with a stool facing the window. There were 2 drawers other than the closet. Wood floors is also a plus for me.

Tower of London
The Tower of London has hosted feast and folly for centuries. Founded by William the Conqueror in 1066, every tower has its own (often bloody) history. Lady Jane Grey, Colonel Blood, Henry VIII and some of his tragic wives were among its famous residents. Search for their ghostly spectres that allegedly haunt the grounds, or play it safe by viewing the 23,000 Crown Jewels.

The hotel is located at Tower Hill near the historic Tower of London & Tower Bridge, which were visible from my hotel room. Underground station is nearby. Hop on hop off sightseeing buses stop also in two minutes walking distance.
The room itself was clean and quite good with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast also was good.
I appreciated help & assistance of the concierge people Dipanjan, Alex & Gabriel. Many thanks!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay there again, but maybe a different location. We chose it because of its proximity to the Tower of London, but it wasn't convenient for the other activities during our stay. In the end we didn't go to the Tower of London.
The hotel room had great views of Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, the Walkie Talkie Building and the Gherkin. You could also see the Shard. Other hotels charge you for rooms with this view. I know one hotel charges you a few hundred more just to see a view of Big Ben. The hotel is very nice and you are met with a very pleasant smell when you walk into the reception. It’s in a very good location too.
The hotel staff were kind and professional.
They went out of their way to help with my mother as she had a very early flight departure.
Breakfast was amazing.
The spa was amazing.
The hotel is central to everything especially Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Take the Underground train to get wherever you need to go!
Location was awesome, right near Tower Bridge and Tower of London, one of our windows overlooked train tracks but we didn't hear anything! The unit was really nice, we had a microwave, fridge, cooktop and an oven. The bathroom was small but well equipped. Security was great, they were always present at the building doors, which made us extra comfortable.
Great location within a 5 min walk to the Tower of London and the subway to connect with everything. The apartment itself was well equipped plus extras we didn’t expect which made the stay very comfortable. There is a well stocked market just around the corner as well.
We had a great time at the place. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Brick Lane and close to major attractions like Sky Garden and Tower of London. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with free WiFi, a TV, and a kettle. Highly recommend booking this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in London!
Loved our Tower of London view room. Next door to the tube lots to see and do close by. Hotel has a lovely bar with views on 7th floor. Comfortable bed and fun lighting controlled by iPad. Comfortable lobby. Had a great stay thanks!

The Tower of London is well kept - other than some short stretches of defensive wall almost all other ancient fortifications are obliterated

Within a 20/30 minute walk, you can get to Tower bridge, St Paul's Cathedral the modern Tait gallery, the London eye and the houses of Parliament
In this area of London, almost every step you take along the Thames river gives you a feeling for Charles Dickens characters, but you must go by foot get around the back streets and explore. Despite the new high rise buildings there are still many old houses and warehouses that evoke a sense of history. Within a 20/30 minute walk, you can get to Tower bridge, St Paul's Cathedral the modern Tait gallery, the London eye and the houses of Parliament. You won't get bored.
