The accommodation was well located within a 15 minute walk to the centre of Reading and Reading Train Station. The accommodation was as described and seemed quite roomy; two bedrooms upstairs, with main and ensuite bathroom. We visited during the winter and were impressed with the heating; it was lovely and warm all the time. Wifi was included and excellent quality with no download problems at all. The property we had, had a nice garden outlook with a table available to sit out in warmer months. It generally felt private and was quiet.

2. Room was a bit small but definitely acceptable.

The location was very good for taking any kind of transport from the Reading train station, even with a large suitcase it was only a few minutes' walk.
I like the fact that the hotel was not far from the reading train station. I liked the spa. I like the service given by Carole at the bar and Sarah at the spa.
