Nice vibe, with boutique rooms over an old pub. The staff were extremely nice, letting us leave our luggage early and carrying it up 3 flights of stairs to our room when it was available (unasked) - when we came back to check in and carry our stuff up it was such a nice surprise.
The location is in a quiet neighborhood but within a 10 minute walk to Covent Garden, Picadilly Circus, Soho, and the British Museum. The room had a nice coffee maker and water kettle and was stocked with nice tea/coffee and cookies.
The bed was comfortable and very quiet at night.
Breakfast was a continental breakfast with fruit, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. You could order eggs for an additional charge.
Overlooking private, secluded gardens, this 4-star luxury hotel has 2 restaurants, an on-site gym and 2 sun rooms. The Russell Square U-Bahn (subway) Station is a 4-minute walk away.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location is very convenient to multiple tube stations as well as local attractions (The British Museum, pubs, restaurants, etc.), and the hotel was very cozy.
In London's Theatreland, in the heart of the West End, this 4-star boutique hotel offers beautiful rooms with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. There is a 24-hour front desk and a library lounge.
