Breakfast in the room was prompt and delicious. Staff is very professional and went beyond that to help my husband. Both the Game Bird dining room and the American Bar were convenient and had great ambiance as well as excellent meals. Afternoon Tea was awesome. We could get late service to clean the room. The location was marvelous and the staff worked hard to cope with some temporary roadworks being done.

It was located in a great location within walking distance to Victoria Station and a 20 minute walk from Buckingham Palace in a historic neighborhood. A convenience store was located a block away, and there were a number of nice restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. We didn’t need to walk very far to have any needs met. We never had a need to hop in a cab (except to get to the airport on the last day) or use the underground during our short stay.
The place is huge - it’s huge for any city, we were just shocked. The location is insanely good - 10 minutes to Buckingham palace and a nice park walk to go anywhere. Mayfair is an amazing place, and Sheppard market is great for restaurants. Amenities were great!!!
Great location in Mayfair (less than 10 min walk from Green Park tube station, Buckingham Palace also like a 10 min walk away), seems to have a rich, storied history (in a very British way), and a top-shelf and very accommodating staff. Beautiful restaurant, indoor bar and outdoor bar space.
This apartment was in a great position, right opposite Buckingham Palace and as they say, if we had gotten an upper level apartment we would have been able to see the changing of the guard from our window. Washing machine was a bonus since we only travel with carry on bags. Although in a central position, we were not bothered by noise.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice views. Breakfast was great with a good selection of different foods. Location was excellent with close proximity to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Service in all departments was superb. I would love to return the next time we go to London .
New hotel with a nice style. It’s a 30-minute walk from Buckingham Palace and a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station. There are various places to eat nearby.

Comfortable beds, wonderful high-pressured shower, the location (right near Westminster Abbey; walkable to the theatre district, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Chelsea, St. James’s Park, Buckingham Palace and 2 short blocks from a tube station), and staff, the breakfast….all of it was amazing! The best — if I go back to London I will stay there again!!
Excellent location. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, live theaters and within walking distance of main tourist attractions such as Buckingham Palace, etc. Also, even though we were facing a very busy main street(the Strand) we could not hear any noise from outside. Incredibly soundproof rooms and very quiet hotel. Entry is from side street which makes pick up and drop off by taxis much easier.
