The property was great. The location was great. The staff was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rutland. We can’t say enough things about how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were amazing and so accommodating. We highly recommend the Rutland!

Small kitchen with washer dryer was great. One block off the Royal Mile was perfect. Enjoyed an early morning walk up Arthur’s Seat as it was close too.
Great location close to Arthur’s Seat and Old Town. Very and very quiet. Steven was a great host and very helpful with suggestions for dining and directions.
