Hotel Fabrique is chic- they clearly care about design and d little details. In particular the breakfast room/lobby is a nice space to be in. The fact that the hotel has a gym is nice in Paris. The location is perfect- walkable, near transport, near lots of great restaurants, not too touristy.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to metro, cafes and many city sites. The room was very cheerful and extremely clean. We had our breakfast included, so we had breakfast everyday in a beautiful room in the lower level of the hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions and information. I would recommend this hotel.

While this is not a tourist neighborhood, the location is ideal if you are coming or going via Gare de Lyon. The hotel is across the boulevard from the Promenade plantée. My room had a kitchenette, and the stay was a great value.
Conveniently located a short walk from Gare de Lyon which has local trains around Paris as well as trains to travel around France. We chose this location because we were headed to Lyon. Walkable restaurants and shops. Away from the major congestion of the olympics.
The room was super comfortable and clean. AC was perfect. close to public transport, and not too far from Gare De Lyon station. Overall we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
Arriving with the train in gare de Lyon, the 2-3 minute walk after a long train journey was very much appreciated and super convenient. The room was very clean. The size of the room is a bit too small for my taste but it's Paris and we were not planning on using the room much but to sleep and freshen up. All in all a very good deal and clean place and friendly staff. Thank you all!
Location was good, about 10-15 min walk from the train station. The area is very nice. Hotel de France Gare de Lyon is a very cute boutique hotel, with small rooms but very clean, updated and comfortable.
The apartment, even though small, it was designed in a way that we all had enough comfortable space for the time we spent at the property. The kitchen space was well equipped. We had a good stay! Moreover, the team was kind to keep some left items for some days until we could pick them up. Proximity to gare de Lyon and many restaurants is another added value.
