The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, but the best is how kind and super professional all the employees have been to me. As a foreigner from far, I had some questions and they have been smiling all the time and doing their best to help me.

Great location, comfortable room. We had left a tablet in the room unfortunately. Incredibly, we were checked out less than 30mins and the hotel called us to let us know. We were able to go back and pick it up. Fantastic!

Hotel and room was very clean. The staff helpful. Location easy to find and quiet. Within walking distance of a good place to have breakfast if you didn’t fancy the hotels(cereal, toast, coffee etc) called Jiffy’s. (?)

This was my 3rd visit to Casino Rama, and all were successful.
Besides that, it is a beautifully maintained establishment. Very clean, and we were able to find everything easily.
We have not seen a show yet, but hopefully next time..
Definitely worth a visit!

We have found our perfect spot to stay when visiting Orillia. A quiet, clean place to be after traveling from Sault Ste Marie to visit friends and attend activities at Casino Rama in Orillia. Lakeside Inn is across from a beautiful little park on the water where you can have a picnic and look out at the boats on the water . Located just minutes from the Casino and just minutes from Costco on the way home the next day .
The Best Western Mariposa is in a fantastic location. It is very close to downtown and the beautiful lakeside park. It is also a very quick drive to Casino Rama. The greenspace around the hotel is very nice for sitting out, especially under the gazebo. The staff could not be nicer. We have been here several times and will continue to do so in the future!
It was cheap. We were looking for a bed to sleep after the show at Casino Rama, check in late and leave first thing in the morning. It was close to the casino, that’s it.
Breakfast was ok - overall better than your average continental. It did have some hot options like eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns but these were not 'fresh' they were the frozen powder variety. If you prefer something healthier this isn't the breakfast for you. Location is good if you are doing something in Orillia or at Casino Rama.
