Great location. It was close to the beach and attractions. Walking distance from popular Bangla street. They have a restaurant also which serves yummy Indian and Thai food. The room was spacious and clean, only the lift was a bit slow, but with this price it is acceptable. Staff was very friendly and supportive.

I went there with a 5 night booking. The staff didn't speak English, so it wasn't easy to speak to, yet they were helpful in checking me early. The bathroom in the room wasn't facilitated well with the shower (The shower was either cold or hot (two separate showerheads)). the was no Aminities in the room, like soap in the washroom or at least a bottle of drinking water in the room, or heater in case I wanted to drink anything hot. There was no phone in the room; so no room services. The lighting was bad and faded. The worst thing that there was no electic plugs around the room except 2 at the end of the room.
